1. Use of App

Learnra is intended for educational purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using Learnra, you agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Services

8. Limitation of Liability

Learnra is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Learnra and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms of Service by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
